My focus is to help individuals, families and couples identify the changes they would like to make in their lives and then find the way to making those changes.

My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a open and safe place for individuals, families, and couples to address their present concerns.
I have been a practicing counselor in the Pocatello area for the last 17 years. I graduated with my Master’s of Counseling in August 2004. For the last 17 years I have been with other agencies in the area and recently decided that it was time for me to strike out on my own and begin a private practice. I am originally from this area and chose to remain in the area to be close to family and to be able to provide necessary services to the community I grew up in.
