Briana believes in the ability for people to change and to improve their lives. She believes in the client centered approach and meeting the client where they are. She enjoys helping individuals and families learn skills to live happy, healthy lives.

About Me

Briana Allen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has received training in play therapy, adoption, sand tray therapy, depression, anxiety, trauma and Autism. She is also trained in Neurofeedback Training. She works with all ages doing Neurofeedback/ counseling. This type of counseling can help with focus, concentration, anxiety, depression, seizures, migraines, mood swings and many other mental health issues.Briana graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University-Idaho and then a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2009.
