She uses a variety of evidence-based therapy models such as Polyvagal Theory (PVT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet patient needs and help them through a wide variety of issues they may face in an open and non-judgmental environment.

About Me

Graduated with her master’s degree in social work from Boise State University in 2022. She works with adolescents and adults. Jill was born and raised in Pocatello and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
