My goal as a counselor here in Pocatello is to help provide a healthy and safe environment for those seeking counseling services. During services my focus will be to help provide the necessary tools that align with the personal goals of the client. I work from multiple theories, but primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and Person Centered Therapy.
