About Me

Tia is a LCSW in Idaho. She is known for her compassionate approach and dedication to improving the mental health and well-being of everyone across their lifespan.

Tia earned her MSW degree from Walla Walla College in 1998. She developed a foundational understanding of mental health theories and practices. In her training, it emphasized the importance of evidence-based modalities.

She pursued advanced certifications in CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy. These therapeutic techniques form the cornerstones of her practice, allowing her to take her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of different settings, including schools, community mental health centers, hospitals, and private practices. Her extensive experience enables her to navigate the complexities of mental health challenges many individuals face on a day-to-day basis. Providing, guidance and support to individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and interpersonal conflicts. She firmly believes that everyone, no matter their age deserves access to quality care. She strives to create a safe space and a supportive environment for her clients.
