About Me

Hi, my name is Jen and I provide Counseling here at Stillwaters. I grew up a long way from here, but a short way from the beach in North Eastern Maryland. I spent 12 years in Colorado where I met my husband. Together we have 4 children. We spent a short time in Arizona before coming to Idaho a few years ago. I love the small town feel of Blackfoot.
I graduated with my B.A. in Psychology/Human Services in 2006 and an M.A. in Developmental Psychology in 2021. I am currently studying to become a licensed counselor. My experience and education are mostly in children with disabilities, Autism, and ADHD but I have developed an interest in adults with depression, anxiety/social anxiety, and past traumas. These are areas where I believe personal experiences will help me make an impact. I am a firm believer that God has brought me to where I am and He will continue to guide me. My aim is to help others reach their goals; my passion is to see the changes when they do.
I enjoy time with my husband, daughter, and three sons. I also enjoy games, puzzles, time outside, comedy, sunshine, good conversation, and good coffee.
